Tools4Medicine offers several services to help you establish your community relationships, define your requirements, manage your project and maintain your environment. Training on the use of Encompass Medical and systems technology will be provided as part of our deployment process. Our staff will help you identify who may best serve in an administrative capacity and work with your staff to define roles and responsibilities for ongoing support activity.

Coalition Building is a critical element in the survival of any community based support program. Our community liaison staff has over ten (10) years experience in working with and reasoning through the establishment and maintenance of sensitive relationships between hospitals, health departments, municipalities, federally qualified health centers (FQHC's) clinics, free clinics, physicians and other healthcare providers, technology vendors and service providers. Establishing and maintaining a relationship between competing entities is, and always will be, a delicate balance between the self serving interests of the participants and the greater public good a lasting coalition brings to any community.

Discovery Sessions is an elemental and yet necessary part of the project process and involves understanding the technical, security, communication and procedural aspects of each of the coalition partners to ensure the final result properly encompasses the needs of all of the participants.

Project Management resources are available to identify, establish and moderate representative workgroups that are comprised of each faction of the coalition members. Reasonable timetables will be established and progress reports provided along with feedback from ongoing meetings. Guidance will be provided to ensure that major milestones are met in a timely fashion and that any technical or procedural issues are dealt with properly. The project manager will also ensure that all legal relationships are contractually established in compliance with HIPAA requirements for the care and handling of patient information.
